Early Bird Rate will be applicable for the advance registration by 8 April 2024 (JST) .

*Important notes for Presenting Authors:

All the presenting authors (except Plenary Speakers) should complete their advance registrations with full payments by April 8th, JST. (Eary-bird due date).

If the presenting authors for contributed papers do not complete their registrations with full payments by the deadline, April 8, JST, their papers will be removed from the final program of SLPC2024.

• Invited speaker: Not applicable for self-recommended. Invited speaker means those who have received the official invitation letter for invited talk from SLPC2024 Chair.
• Student rate is applicable only to those who have student status at the time of symposium. Please be advised that student rate will not be applied for adult students with full time job. Students are required to submit a scanned image file (in either or pdf format) of their student ID.
