Instructions for SLPC2026 Oral Presentation

Please appear at the Next Presenter's Seat at least 30 minutes prior to your presentation.

Oral presentations should be presented by PC only. Presenters are requested to bring their own PC with the presentation data downloaded inside.

For Mac users: Please be sure to bring your own PC, adapter cables, and/or conversion plug. Organizer will not prepare those items on site.

Time Allocation for Presentation

Plenary Speaker: 40 minutes (35 minutes for plenary talk + 5 minutes Q&A)

Invited Speaker: 35 minutes (30 minutes for invited talk + 5 minutes Q&A)

Contributor: 15 minutes (12 minutes for presentation + 3 minutes Q&A)

Instructions for SLPC2026 Poster Presentation

SLPC2026 conference name and the paper number, presentation title, author's name(s), affiliation(s), country should be shown on the top of the A0 sized poster.

Posters must be displayed at the numbered space in Poster Session area.
