If you have not yet registered your personal information, please first complete the required items on the ID Application page in order to acquire your ID and Password.



Payment Procedure

After you complete your registration, please click the "Full Payment" button displayed on the Payment Status page.

Payment must be made in Japanese yen and can be made by one of the following methods:

- Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, AMEX or JCB)

*Your credit card statement will show that the payment has been made to the name of JTB Communication Design, Inc., which is the agent handling registration.

Your registration will be completed upon receipt of your on-line registration information and payment.

A "Confirmation sheet" button will be displayed when you complete your registration.

Please print your confirmation slip by clicking the "Confirmation sheet" button and bring it with you to the registration desk at the congress site to receive the congress materials.

-Via Credit card:

  The refund will be made via the credit card which you have used at the registration.

Citizens of certain countries are required to obtain a visa to enter Japan. Please check the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (MOFA) to know if you need to obtain a visa and the visa application procedures:
The organizer will prepare the documents that should be prepared by the inviting person in Japan and send them to you.

Before you apply for assistance, you are required to take the following steps.

  1. Complete your registration with full payment of the fee
  2. Book a Flight
  3. Reserve a Hotel

* The period of your stay must be scheduled for a maximum of 10 days (including the arrival & departure day in Japan).
