Subject: Audio-Visual Equipments
In order to assist your presentation, the Secretariat of LAMP2002 will prepare audio-visual equipments for your convenience. Please notify the Secretariat of your any specific request no later than May 10, 2002.
The organizing committee recommends the use of an OHP for presentation.
LCD projector will be available in each session room. If you will use the LCD projector, you are strongly requested to prepare a CD-ROM disk, in which your presentation slides are installed with Microsoft PowerPoint of Windows 98, Me, 2000, or XP. And you are also requested to prepare the overhead sheets for your presentation. If any troubles occur with the use of LCD projector, a session chair will ask you to instead use an OHP in order to keep the time schedule of the session.
・If you will use your own PC, please note that only 100V outlets are available and bring the adapter for miniD-sub 15 pin connector.
・For Macintosh users, please bring your own computer (with the adapter for miniD-sub 15 pin connector).
・Upon your request, we will prepare a VHS video projector and a slide projector.
・Please note that such equipments as High Intensity Overhead, multistandard, Beta, and CRT video projectors will not be available.
・You may check audio-visual equipments in advance.
Please send the following audio-visual request form to the Secretariat of LAMP 2002.
*No response would be considered that you are going to use an OHP.
