Instructions for Oral Presentation

1. Time allocation for oral presentation

Please appear at the Next Presenter's Seat at least 30 minutes prior to your presentation.

The time allocated for each presentation is as follows. Session times include 5 minutes Q&A Session at the end.

Plenary talk: 40 minutes (35 min. talk + 5 min for Q&A)

Invited talk: 30 minutes (25 min. talk + 5 min for Q&A)

Contributed presentation: 20 minutes (15 min. talk + 5 min for Q&A)

2. How to present

Oral presentations should be presented only by PC. In principle, presenters are requested to bring their own laptop PC with presentation data saved inside.

Please check your PC at the lectern of the room where your session takes place, during the coffee break prior to the beginning of your presentation.

USB storage devices are admissible if PC could not be brought by any means. (In such cases, be sure to have your data converted to PDF file format as well as PPT.)

Please do bring your own PC if your presentation includes video data to avoid any possible incompatibility with the system environment. The connection between the PC and the projector at the venue is in HDMI format only.

Please be sure to bring your own machine, adopter cables, and/or conversion plugs if necessary.

Instructions for Poster Presentation

1. Poster size

Presenting authors of poster presentations must prepare A0-sized posters and bring them by themselves, and make sure to display the posters at the poster session hall, "Exhibition Hall" on the 2nd floor of the venue on June 11 and 12. (A0 size: Width 841mm x Height 1189 mm)

Please display your presentation poster on the designated presentation day during the morning hours before the poster session begins.

Note: There will be NO printing services available in the venue.

Please use pushpins available in the poster session hall to attach posters.

The session hall will be open for posting from 9:00. After the poster presentation, please remove your presentation materials by 17:00. The posters left behind will be disposed of by the secretariat.

Note: Complimentary snacks will be served in the poster session hall at lunch time.

2. Short Presentation

Since there are many submissions for the poster presentations, please acknowledge that only students are eligible for the short presentations of LPM poster sessions. As for HPL, all poster presenters should do the short presentations.

We set aside 100 minutes for the short presentation session on June 11.

3) Short presentation by poster presenters on June 11th (Poster session starts immediately after this short presentations.

Please send a one-page PDF file (without animation) in advance to LAMP2025 Secretariat at lamp2025@jlps.gr.jp

Submission due date: Thursday May 22

The organizer will merge the slides into one slide. (Reduction of time for changeover)

If you do not submit your paper in time, you will lose the opportunity to participate in the short presentations.

Note: Whether or not short presentations are held may be taken into consideration in the poster award judging.
